Spotify invited select production companies to pitch for the podcast version of their very successful music and events brand, Who We Be. They wanted a completely new approach for the podcast, with new ideas and talent.
We worked hard to develop a concept that really connects with the podcasting audience and represents the brilliance of black music and culture. We secured the talents of Henrie Kwushue and Harry Pinero, two of the UK’s brightest stars. Spotify commissioned us to make the podcast, now called WWBT_ and we are delighted to be up and running with the weekly show, released every Tuesday, exclusively on Spotify.
